Bill is the national leader of the Family Enterprises and Business services practice in Canada. He has also been the National Human Capital Leader internally for PwC Canada. Bill supports clients with active, hands-on facilitation designed to remove the barriers that commonly affect successful transitions for family enterprises and private company business owners. He has worked closely with many owners, Clevel leaders, families, boards and management teams in helping design and implement approaches that deliver both meaningful and sustained outcomes. With more than 25 years of business and executive management experience, Bill has successfully led several private companies and delivered many complex transformation programs. He has held progressively senior executive roles with both multinational corporations and private businesses. Bill holds in-depth Human Capital experience and has led, advised and coached individuals, teams and organizations in many critical priority areas including: management of change cycles and conflict resolution, leadership development, meaningful impact through communication, owner and organization alignment, merger and acquisition synergy, maximizing human capital value within business transformation, culture assessment/definition and talent identification. Bill holds the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation and is a certified and accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
