Carmen is a third-generation family business member. She graduated from Niagara College in Business Administration - Human Resources.  After the sale of her family’s business, she is currently working alongside her siblings to create a family office that is greatly shaped around Safe Space and guidance from Veritage.  Most recently, she became a new mom to a baby boy and is realizing how soon guiding principles come into play! Carmen believes this will be her hardest job yet to be raising the next generation of the family business.
