What does the modern day entrepreneurial woman look like these days? Well, Elena Hansen is the epitome of just that. She’s the creator and founder of SWIM Social, a social media agency based in LA with a global reach. She started the company at the age of 26, and was ahead of her time. Another fun fact about the agency, all of the employees are women! Elena is at the top of her game when it comes to being CEO, but she’s learned the hard way, in order to run a successful business, you have to be on top of your game internally too. As they say, "you can’t pour from an empty cup" right?
