We hear of career changes all the time. Ellen Degeneres was a paralegal before she was a daytime talk show host. Julia Child was a spy for the CIA before she became a culinary genius.   We all have our reasons to leave one profession for another. Our guest Annie Spano’s reason to leave was a more personal reason. Annie hopped from job to job, moving from high school math teacher to a project coordinator in a big corporate business.   However, as she started to grow in the position and in her education, she started recognizing a ‘work bully’ situation in the office.   She then left and created ‘Style Collective’, a community to collaborate and empower other women to grow their fashion blogs.
