John P. Gilbert, deputy editor at Field Gulls, joins the show to talk about the impact of the Jamal Adams contract and if we could see a deal for Quandre Diggs and Duane Brown around the corner. The four-year extension means Adams is set to be with the team for five more seasons and joins Michael Dickson and Tyler Lockett as the only two Seahawks players under contract through 2025.
