Former NFL tight end Ed Smith, host of the Bleav in Cardinals Podcast, joins the show this week and as someone who has been a part of a number of different locker rooms, we start by talking about the importance of culture to a team. Smith talks about the evolution from when he was on the Atlanta Falcons and going for a team that got out to a slow start in 1997 and turning into a team that won the NFC the following season. Looking ahead to Sunday's matchup between the Seahawks and Cardinals, the talks about the consistency of Kyler Murray and what the addition of Kenyan Drake has given the Cardinals offense. Smith says the Cardinals could enjoy playing the spoiler role once again, much like how Bruce Arians had his Cardinals teams finishing the season at CenturyLink Field.
