She describes three security principles to guide the discussion: 1) Ensure you have a good and appropriate risk assessment to identify vulnerable assets and the appropriate level of safeguarding measures,2) Build, Design, and Communicate your policies and procedures clearly so that everybody is working to safeguard your company, and3) Have a properly planned Crisis Management Strategy which includes dealing with Reputational damage.She discusses the importance of properly vetting employees, developing access control plans, creating a strong and positive security culture, managing the crisis, and finally adjusting the program so that it's stronger after the event. Join us!
