This week Estrellita will be having a conversation in regards to students Defering their university acceptance (for a semester or year) to then start later. Whether it's undergrad or grad school just know it is an option for you to do so! Especially with everything that is going on in this global PAN DULCE, it is important that all First Gen Latinx students know they have options. 
Lastly, our host will be going over how journaling could potentially be a trauma response in regards to First Gen Latinx students and will provide consejitos that will help us grow, not only as a better student but a happier us.
