Pratibha is an entrepreneur, co-author, speaker, and the founder of Chai Together. Roberto is a mindset and wellness consultant who helps others tap into universal consciousness through spiritual hypnotherapy. Together we go over different forms of fear and how each of us handles/responds to it whether it be fight, flight, or freeze. Fear is a very powerful emotion which can affect us on all planes of existence, the mind, body, and soul; therefore, it is important we dissect it, sit with it, and process it to be able to gain clarity and overcome it.
