Description

Finding a job can be a job in itself, even in normal times. Add the current Covid-19 pandemic to the mix and it sure can be a challenge to navigate. What are remote interviews like? How can you get a sense of the people and the team culture from afar? Can you notice the red flags or identify green lights via Zoom? What about online whiteboard challenges?
In our first episode, we talk to Gimena Blanco (Senior Product Designer at Lightspeed HQ), along with two of our co-organizers Daria Kuzmina (Product Designer at Mendix) and Agata Ageieva (Product Designer at Relive) about their experiences in looking, finding, and starting a new job in the midst of a pandemic. The conversation is moderated by co-organizers Sabrina Couto and Ecesu Erol.
