Gmail integrates with a ton of apps making it super easy to connect all the things. Additionally, Google Workspaces give you access to the entire Google Suite and Cloud Storage -- which is a great option for any teams having to go virtual. I recommend going with the Business Standard option at $12/me because you get 2 terabytes of storage.
