Head coach Yvonne Wade and assistant coach Larry Wade join us to share their story in track and field. We learn of multiple Olympic teams and Hall of Fames, as well as the concerns of working for and with your spouse on the same coaching staff. After a highly successful sprinting career for Team Japan and coaching stops at Sacramento State and Long Beat State, Yvonne became the head coach of UNLV in 2007. Many years later, after successful coaching stops at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pasadena City College, Larry became the volunteer assistant coach at UNLV in 2012...with much hesitation. Learn how these two lead a successful family of four and one of the top teams in the Mountain West Conference.
