If you want to manifest and maintain a loving relationship, this work begins and ends with how you feel. You may be like me -- I look back on my past with regret. I was often stuck in a negative outlook with my partner, and my expectations of him, and everyone, were often unrealistic. 
The more thought and work I put into my relationship, the more disappointment and anger I felt. 
Back then, I didn't understand that a loving relationship starts with "me," including my thoughts and desires. This work is not just about the "me" who is nice, available, attractive and loving... this is about my own mind.
