This episode includes two poems from 2015 titled "The Transition" and "As a Poet". Today I am exploring the transition we're all feeling as life marches in alongside shocking world news and also the importance of taking care of yourself whether that means having a regular sleep schedule or finding a hobby that also acts as therapy, like I have in poetry.
