This week, as I saw my kids getting ready to go back to school, I caught myself thinking about the imminent routine changes we'll experience at home. I believe it is an excellent opportunity to surf on those changes' momentum and make adjustments in other areas of our lives. It is also a great opportunity to review our goals and expectations for the year, to check their progress, and make the adjustments needed.In this episode, we talk about change, goals and expectations, inspiring leadership, and legacy.
