It's opening night college basketball and the BYU men's and women's basketball programs open the 2021-22 season at the Marriott Center with games against Cleveland State and Lipscomb, respectively. Jake Hatch previews the game(s) and explains what you need to know about the Vikings as they come to face Mark Pope and co.

Attention then shifted to recruiting for BYU football as the Cougars are in the mix for 2023 five-star prospect Cormani McClain and Jake caught up with BYU superfan Ty Nielson, who has a relationship with McClain, as he explained his connection to Cormani and why he is visiting BYU

Part two of Jake's conversation with Ty Neilson rounded out the show as Ty explains that he believes BYU is a legit contender to sign McClain. Jake also talked about Jaren Hall taking home a player of the week award coming out of the Idaho State game as well as women's soccer earning a No. 4 seed into the NCAA Tournament the begins this weekend
