Friday's podcast began with a preview of the showdown tomorrow night at LaVell Edwards Stadium between No. 25 BYU and the Virginia Cavaliers. Jake Hatch gets into the personnel from the Cavs that listeners will want to know as well as what the win might mean for the Cougars beyond just moving to 7-2 on the season

Attention then shifted from the gridiron to the hardwoods as the BYU men's basketball program prepares for the Blue and White Game tonight at the Marriott Center as fans will be given their first glimpses of the 2021-22 version of the Cougar Cagers. Jake shared some of what he's been hearing out of their preseason so far as well

Finally, the show wrapped up with a look at the weekend schedule in other BYU sports, including the cross country programs gunning for WCC supremacy, women's tennis headed to Rice, women's volleyball continuing to dominate and women's soccer prepping to take on Santa Clara, among others along with Jake's BYU-Virginia game prediction
