Ep7 of series 2 is with Ryan Penty of Paradigm Agency. Ryan and I went to Uni together and I am very grateful that he found time in a busy schedule for me to go to the Paradigm offices to have this chat.
Ryan has been with Paradigm (Previously CODA) since starting as an intern 8 years ago and has risen through the ranks till he got his own roster at the start of this year. Ryan is very honest and candid and talks about what a booking agent does, what you need to succeed in this area of the business and some more personal insights from his direct experience.
