Lilian Brasch was diagnosed with centronuclear myopathy at a young age.  Similar to muscular dystrophy but not the same. She was told she wouldn’t live past 3 years old. But she survived. She was told she couldn’t lift weights. 2 pounds used to be impossible for her. Today, she lifts 20. But she hasn’t just gained physical strength, she’s gained emotional and mental strength as well.  Self love is a daily practice.  How did she go from silently suffering to encouraging questions?
