In the first episode of this mini-series, Rob and Dave begin the discussion about what everyone should know about back pain by looking at pain.
Pain is real for anyone who is suffering with it but Dave and Rob explain why it doesn’t always mean damage and how the brain can both up-regulate and down-regulate the experience of pain. Listen in and learn how your experience of pain is impacted by your prior experience and attitude and how to make positive changes.
