Description

Today on the show we were joined by the Executive Director of the Michigan High School Athletic Association, Mark Uyl. He joined us for the entirety of the show today to talk about what he and his staff have been doing to try and get sports back up and running throughout the state. He and Bill discussed some of the things schools are doing for their seniors as they weren’t able to graduate like young men and women normally do. As colleges and many sports programs are starting to get rolling, Mark informed us of what the MHSAA plan is once they are given the go-ahead from the state. Bill asked the Huge Question of the Day: How many parents are comfortable with their children going back to playing youth sports when the MHSAA has the clearance to do so? Bill and Mark also talked about the MLB and their plan to come back. We wrapped up each hour with Senior Shout-Outs!See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
