Description

Today, we're broadcasting from the new PowerStrength Training Systems in Plainfield Township. Throughout the show, we were joined by some of the great folks from PowerStrength to hear about everything they have to offer. We were also joined by Mark Uyl, who is the Executive Director of the Michigan High School Athletic Association. He sat with Bill for all three hours today to talk about the High School football Championships happening this weekend, discussed all of the teams playing, looked back on the year, talked about transfer rules, NIL, and so much more. At the end of our first two hours, we were joined by Mark Ehnis who is the owner of PowerStrength Training Systems. He talked to Huge about how they aim to help younger athletes train for their respective sports. He also discussed their personal training for people of all ages, what it's like opening their fourth location, and more.
