Description
Burnout in private practice with Dr Paula RedmondToday, I'm really happy to be back after my break and talking to the wonderful Dr Paula Redmond. Paula is a clinical psychologist who specialises in burnout, which is a very pertinent topic for me right now, as I recently took a bit of a break from the podcast and my social media profiles because I managed to burn myself out.
Paula is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable psychologist, she's a member of the Do More Than Therapy membership, and we've done some coaching together. I've been desperate to have her on the podcast for ages to talk to us about burnout, because I know it is a big problem in private practice, and it doesn't end if we leave the NHS.
