Ms. Rodgers says after an encounter with her elementary school sweetheart, she ended up pregnant. She says the defendant has gone through great lengths to deny that he is the father of her son. Mr. Stone says Ms. Rodgers is promiscuous and it was only a casual fling. He says she has even slept with some of his friends and therefore, it is impossible that he is the father of her baby.
