Mr. Johnson says the defendant, Ms. Carr, has been playing an emotional DNA game with him over his daughter's paternity for the past 18 years. He has brought her to court to end this game and prove he is not the father. Ms. Carr says that he has been dodging his DNA test and responsibilities as a father since the day she was pregnant. She claims the only reason he is denying her is because she is married and will no longer sleep with him.
