Ms. Bovill says that two years ago, her and her mother were shocked when the man they believed was her dad told them that he is not her biological father. She tried to bring the defendant to Paternity Court six months ago, but says he backed out of his appearance. Now that he is here, she states the DNA results will finally prove her case. Mr. Bovill claims that for more than 20 years he has held onto a secret but feels that he has no other choice but to prove another man is the father.
