Ms. Nielsen said the birth of her two-year-old son literally saved her life. To repay him, she says it is imperative to have his daddy in his life. She has summoned the defendant to court to make that happen. Mr. Davis says it is commendable that the plaintiff has changed her life but cannot change her past. He says there is no way he is the father and has proof that he is not.
