Born in the Loire Valley of France, it is no secret of her love for Chenin Chenin Chenin. She is a true evangelist of natural wines and also makes Chepika wines with her friend Nathan Kendall in the Finger Lakes of New York. Pascaline is a prolific writer and also collaborated with Alice Feiring for the “Dirty Guide to Wine”.
