Description

2020 has been a challenging year. From the pandemic to the social unrest, the natural disasters and all the challenges and setbacks that have come our way this year. But even in the mist of the most challenging times in our lives we can still find things to be grateful every day. In the spirit of Thanksgiving I want to talk about gratitude in today's episode.
In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.
Let's explore some of the biggest benefits of gratitude and some ways you can incorporate and cultivate gratitude in your life.
