There is a big misconception around nutrition. Every time we talk about nutrition the first thing, we think about is diets and weight loss.
In today’s episode I want to share with you a different perspective on nutrition. I will be sharing how I have used food as fuel and nutrition as an enabler to help me feel at my best, to be more productive, have more energy, and even live a happier life.
My intent on this episode is to stay away from particular diets or nutrition program but you’ll hear me talk about one nutrition program that has helped understand the role each food group plays in our body and how I’ve used this to help me give my body what it needs when it needs it.
