Meal Prep Coach and Expert Organizer, Nchimunya Goring is based in New York, NY. She comes from humble beginnings. Growing up in Kitwe, Zambia, where her parents raised her and her siblings to appreciate life, work hard and follow their passions. She went to Law School back in Africa and it was there she learned the basics of determination. The love for organizing and cooking, however, pushed her to create Inchee’s Corner, a business aimed at promoting a healthy and organized generation.
The first meal prep she did was for her bedridden dad. She learned the art of meal prepping through the most difficult days. Her dad was under the impression that the food was prepped at a restaurant because of the outstanding presentation. When he found out it was prepped by his daughter, he was amazed and encouraged her to expand on her God-given talent and live her passion. That encouragement was the turning point.
Now, Nchimunya is busy working on her first book to help others with meal prepping and understanding the magic power of maintaining and organizing the fridge. According to Nchimunya, it is easy to have that organized fridge when meals are prepped in advance. In the future,
