Our Chris Gawlik went to Monday's Coat The Ice (Paint the Ice in other NHL cities) event and got some fan reax to the season. Chris and his family also left some (non-offensive) artwork themselves. We talked about how Barry Trotz could be a fit with the VGK. Trotz is known as a defensive coach and VGK, we feel, has to change its system and doesn't have a personality or identity currently. We talked about the trio of Vegas Golden Knights who are playing in the World Championship for Canada - Nic Roy, Zach Whitecloud and Logan Thompson and whether the workload of playing extra games could take a toll.
