This is the first LIVE recording session for the show. I spent the day at the Crystal Healing Spiritual Center with Nam talking all things sound and frequency. Nam is a gifted healer and talented man that has been working with sound healing and crystal therapy. Nam makes wire wrapped jewelry for healing and also hosts workshops along with sound baths at the Crystal Healing Spiritual Center. I had a blast recording this episode with Nam we played singing bowls and really enjoyed the healing power of frequency meditation together.
