Melika Carroll is Senior Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Internet Association. Carroll leads the advocacy team that is responsible for the association’s domestic and international political strategy and outreach to government officials. IA is advocating for an economy-wide federal privacy law that provides people with meaningful control and the ability to access, correct, delete, and download data they've provided companies across all industries. The industry is working with policymakers and other stakeholders on an American approach to protecting people's privacy that allows for continued U.S. leadership in technology.
