Jennifer is the General Counsel of Doximity, the largest community of healthcare professionals in the country. Previously, she was the Chief Legal Officer of Rodan + Fields, a leading skincare brand, with oversight of the legal and compliance functions, and the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Castlight Health, a digital health company, leading the legal, deal desk, security and information technology functions. In former roles, Chaloemtiarana worked in-house at Levi Strauss & Co., and Netflix, Inc., providing guidance and support for sales and consumer relations practices, financing transactions, securities compliance, and corporate governance activities. Chaloemtiarana is a member of the board of OneJustice, a legal-aid nonprofit organization serving underprivileged individuals in the State of California, and is a member of the State Bar of California. She is the recipient of a 2018 Corporate Counsel of the Year award from the San Francisco Business Times.
