What, another Movie Mavericks in the same week?! That’s right, since this week’s Manga Mavericks is being delayed a few days, we thought we’d give you a little something-something to tide you guys over! In this installment LumRanmaYasha and VLordGTZ talk about the Oscar-nominated animated french-japanese co-production The Red Turtle and the cinematic classic anime masterpiece Ghost in the Shell, a little too late after the Oscars happened and a little too early before the live-action GITS remake comes out! Listen to LumRanmaYasha correctly guess that Zootopia would win the Oscar to VLord’s chagrin, and VLord fume about how terrible the live-action GITS will be. “No! That’s not Kuze!
