Description

Are you questioning yourself or simply not listening to what your heart, soul and body are telling you? Are each of your buckets so full that one drop would overflow any area of your life? Often we bypass our intuition and listen instead to outside inputs or numb out completely. Heather Chauvin is a podcaster, author and mother who brings personal empowerment and intuitive guidance to woman across the globe. We adore her and her message--one that will inspire you to listen to your own inklings on what your body and heart need to live a simple and joy filled life.
We talk about "balance," finding personal empowerment within motherhood, breaking generational patters and getting emotionally uncomfortable which is the first step to finding our true joy.

Review of the week from Nikkie!
Every parent should listen!
I love this podcast and I appreciate the hard work that goes into every episode. I just can’t imagine life as a parent without any guidance, and I feel like the hosts are my weekly guides. I’m blown away with how many valuable resources I find in each episode. As mentioned in the intro, they literally do all of the hard research on parenting and distill the information through the podcast. I’m a mother of a 4 and 6 year old and I wouldn’t feel as confident and grounded in my motherhood journey if it wasn’t for the resources provided by you ladies.I love this podcast so much I often find myself craving a second episode each week.Thank you,Xoxo
