As always, Monday means Power Rankings and a chance to look back and see which team had the best week in baseball. 
This week, it's the St. Louis Cardinals coming off a sweep of the Chicago Cubs and undefeated week. Thanks to a pair of walk-off homers, the Cardinals issued the Cubs a reminder that they're still around and not ready to give up the division all that easy. Kolten Wong, Dexter Fowler and Co. sent Cubs fans into full panic mode while Cardinals fans will celebrate this one for a while. 
The Yankees come in at No. 2 a week after taking the top spot a week ago. Hard to do better than 6-1 against the Indians and Astros. The Washington Nationals, San Francisco Giants and Colorado Rockies round out the top five. 
The second segment looks at two teams with important weeks for different reasons. The Boston Red Sox will look to extend its division lead with series against the Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Dodgers are hoping just to survive this week without Clayton Kershaw.
