Description

Head Coach Carissa Sain of Illinois Institute of Technology joins the show.
Coach C spent 12 years at the University of Chicago as both a head and assistant coach and is a two time Central Region Coach of the Year. During her time there she helped guide the program to multiple NCAA tournament runs and league titles.  Coach C has a Masters in Exercise Physiology with a focus on performance enhancement and injury prevention. Her experiences as a former player at Carnegie Mellon as well as her background in Athletic Development and coaching for more than a decade give her a wealth of knowledge. 
In this episode Coach C shares how being an Athletic Development Coach benefits her players and program throughout the course of the entire year.
