Description
Joanne Encarnacion is a women's life coach and a wellness blogger. In July 2013, she started a fitness/health journey, making large changes in her lifestyle with how she viewed food and exercise. It's become her mission to help others feel empowered to find their own way of authentic living in all that they do. She believe that fitness is not about the perfect body it's about getting your life together, overcoming fears, and building self confidence. For Joanne, fitness will always be a continuous evolution of discovering who you are meant to be. Joanne's hope is that by sharing the raw version of her journey is that you find a sense of connection to your own.
Joanne shares about why she used to think taking care of herself was being selfish and what made her realized that self care isn't selfish but is necessary in her own journey to self confidence.
