Description

In this episode we discuss what the gospel is and how someone can begin a relationship with the Lord. Here is the link to the Bible dictionary definition of "gospel": https://www.blueletterbible.org/lexicon/g2098/esv/mgnt/0-1/Here are many of the Scripture references that I used:Matthew 1:18-25Luke 2:46-52John 1:1John 1:14Matthew 4:23-24Matthew 9:35-36John 6:60-71John 10:17-18Hebrews 4:151 John 3:51 Peter 2:22-25Romans 3:23Isaiah 6:1-3Deuteronomy 32:4Romans 6:23Romans 5:6-82 Corinthians 5:21Matthew 16:211 Corinthians 15:3-8Colossians 3:1John 14:6John 3:16John 1:12-132 Corinthians 5:17Luke 9:23Luke 13:1-5Romans 10:9Ephesians 2:8-9Hebrews 7:25Romans 8:9-171 Peter 5:6-7Psalm 119:18Hebrews 10:24-25Matthew 28:18-20**CLARIFICATIONS**At 10:08 I say, "Jesus is simultaneously God and also the Son of God." I also want to acknowledge the fact that He is also fully human. Jesus is 100% God and 100% human. I think this was communicated through the rest of what I said, but I wanted to say it in conjunction with this statement as well.At 14:42 I say that Jesus' life started off with His supernatural conception and birth. This was NOT to say that His existence began with the virgin birth. The Son of God has always existed. We see this from places like John 1:1. My statement was merely referring to the beginning of his human life on earth.Feel free to email any questions or comments you have to ijustwanttotalkabout@gmail.com.
