On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast we have SOCOM HQ SGM Matt Parrish.  Matt is an 18-series Green Beret who has been in the game for over 20 years now.  Throughout his time he's had numerous AFSW attachments which he talks about as well as some of the personal attributes that made those attachments successful in integrating with the ODA.  We also hit on the POTFF (preservation of the force and family) program a good amount as he is the Senior Enlisted Leader for the program.  Finally we hit on SOCOM's official podcast of which he is one of the hosts, SOFcast.  He's a co-host of the podcast with CMsgt Greg Smith and between the two of them they share a very interesting dynamic which we brought up.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
