In our 23rd episode of Beyond The Bump, we chat to Regan Figg who is an exercise physiologist, yoga teacher and mama of two who experiecned post natal depression and anxiety after the birth of her first son. 
Through her struggles with this she started to practice new ways of thinking, connecting with her body and filling up her cup. By implementing these strategies she prevented any post natal depresison or anxiety following the both of her second son and she now shares her learnings with lots of other mums through her Mama Cup Filler courses and we are lucky enough to have her here today to give us some tips on how we can fill up all of our cups too!
