She has written for National Masters News for many years and is the author of multiple books on running, including High Performance in Midlife and Beyond, which features stories of champion women masters racers. Cathy is also focused on growing her M.O.V.E. community of coaches and goal-focused individuals. Over time, she recognized that she just might have the talent and drive necessary to be among the top competitors at the race.
