Where Bruce is the Head of Talent Sourcing for Travelers Insurance. He is tasked with leading a team accountable for the design and delivery of the enterprise strategy for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talent through relationships focused on Colleges and University, Military/Veteran, Disability & Diversity organizations.
