On this episode of The Internship Show, we speak with Kaitlyn Ice and Jessica Reeves from Epsilon. Jessica  is a born and raised Okie who graduated from the University of Oklahoma. She moved to Dallas to begin her career in talent acquisition where she started as a sourcer for an executive hiring agency. She always had a passion for the early career field and joined Epsilon a little over a year ago as a Campus Recruiter. Where Kaitlyn was born and raised in Connecticut, graduating from Quinnipiac University where she began her retail career. She moved to Boston to further explore the industry when she took a complete career change landing at Epsilon 4.5 years ago first beginning in the experiential side and then moving into early careers as the Associate Early Career Program Manager.
They shared how an intern can get invested in a company culture, an overview of their internship and new grad programs and much more.
