Dr. Mark Bull has a PhD in Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Science and is also a fully qualified PGA Professional and coach. He founded Mark Bull Golf, now Bull 3D, in 2009. Mark makes his second appearance on our podcast to talk about movement dynamics in the golf swing. He discusses the biomechanics of body movement - and what is "good movement" - in the swing. He addresses Skill Acquisition and the variability of movement. He talks about obtaining consistency of movement in the swing and he delves into how to be adaptable in variable conditions out on the golf course. In short he advises on how you can become the best you and how you can practice to get your best more often.
