{24:50}: Tapping Mini-Session Begins
 
 
Dr. Katie Nall is back on our show today! Dr. Nall is a sought-after speaker, mathematician, and author. She is also a certified practitioner in EFT (emotional freedom technique). She was our guest on Monday's episode, where she told us all about the process of tapping. Tapping can help us to release negative emotions, or what Dr. Nall calls our W.A.F.F.L.E.S.: worries, anxieties, fears, frustrations, lethargy, exhaustion, and stress. 
 
 
At the beginning of the episode, Katie walks us through a couple of her favorite Angel stories. Following that, she goes into leading us through a general tapping mini-session. This session allows you to focus on ridding yourself of your negative emotions. You can come back to this tapping episode any time that you need it!
