Part of life is relationships, but how do you handle the pain of unmet expectations in your relationships with others? First, is always direct communication, but after that, you can also use a tool of connecting with the other persons higher self for pain resolution and healing. Why use this tool? Because when we don't work to bring about our own healing, the pain we feel cannot clear itself from our auric field. In fact, most times it seeps in from our auric field into our chakras, then into our bodies. This pain can compound within our bodies over time leading to chronic issues. It doesn't have to be this way. We can use simple tools, like communicating with the higher self of others to release our pain energy from our hearts, minds, bodies, chakras and auric field.
