With 20 years of working closely with brands and businesses in most every industry, She climbed the corporate ladder of various companies to become a Managing Director of Strategy at a global PR firm. As a woman of color in a white and male dominated corporate world, she leaned in to her difference of perspective , seeing it as her superpower rather than an obstacle.
That critical truth became clear to her and she became a fixer of sorts to help break the mold of what traditional business has looked like. She wanted entrepreneurs to know why their business exists? What need were the founders trying to fill when they put their heart and soul into starting something new?
